Our History
The Hart Corporation was established in 1988. Soon after, in addition to commercial properties, we began focusing on the self storage industry. Self Storage Sales and acquisitions change every year with the increased popularity of self storage as an investment. Over the years, Hart Storage Realty has developed contacts and relationships with storage operators, lenders, investors and vendors across the U.S., Canada and Europe. As a result of our 28 years of experience we have built a national database of storage investors and developed a streamlined process for evaluating, marketing and managing self storage properties.
Today, Hart Storage Realty is investing in the future of self storage. We are positioned to capitalize on our years of self storage sales, acquisitions and equity placement.
